5) Whitney Awards Committee

        a. The Whitney Awards Committee will consist of seven members, including the Whitney Awards Committee President
        b. Members of the committee will be appointed by the Whitney Awards Committee President
        c. The committee must include at least one member of the LDStorymakers Executive Committee, or an LDStorymaker appointed in their stead
        d. The committee must include at least four members of LDStorymakers
        e. The Whitney Awards Committee President will be appointed by the LDStorymakers Executive Committee

    6) Amendments

        a. Once ratified, changes to these rules can only be made by a majority vote of the LDStorymakers Management Core

    7) Ratification

        a. These rules were ratified on June 13th, 2007
